whats up with the forge arti code?

hello,

just bought a 10 carge forge tool. it gave me a serial code which is a total of 26 chars or 4 chars each separated by hypens and a 2 char sequence on the end. when I put it in the prom code box in game it gives me an error.

do I need to page a gm here?

you need to move the binder so it is 6-5-5-5-5 digits... and it will work.
