Whats up with Saliva getting stuck way up in the blackout reachs of her cave now?

When did Saliva start getting stuck in this area? Theres no way to get to her and she seems to stay there til server/reset or your by chance lucky enough to get a gm to come and move her. Any way we can get this fixed? Makes keying Mel a pain when this happens.

I paged a GM on this, they said they can't fix it. I have to email uobugs, emailed uobugs, never got a response...
