I changed my suit recenlty and something odd happened.
In my old suit I had 134 Int, when I cast Bless it did 14 to str, 1 to dex, 16 to int.
In my new suit, I adjusted my stats so that I would again be at 134 Int, but now when I cast bless it does 16, 1, 14.
The buff bar just says 13% to all, so why is it giving different results each time?
