I picked up this ring tonight and thought it was a really nice prize.... let me know if Im way off base or not... thanks...

Ninjitsu +14
Fencing +15
HCI 12 %
Spell Damage Increase 7%
LRC 16%

Thought it would be a worthy PvP ring...

That ring is actually very nice for the nox ninja template. Even for the chiv ninja template.. I would actually like to quote that I myself if presented with this ring would probably pay around 1-2 Mil.

Remember though that is for someone who is having issues working those last bit of skills in combat.
