whats the wait on a decayed house

What is the wait or range of waiting once a house falls, before you can place.

I think its a random timer between not much and 2 hours? Maybe there is more on the subject over on the Homes and Castles forum :)

Hurm, I think 30 minutes up to 3 hours. Seems to be an hour usually (from the few I've waited on).
