Pillows are sometimes facing the right way. Ive tried mannequins, statues, masks another things but the graphic never match up.

You could get all Hannibal lecter and put it on a plate with some silverware.

Those empty crystal display case things seem like they would work. (Including the new ones from the global events) Raise the head up into the display area.
