I usually do Daemons, but I was wondering if anybody knows of something that woud be better to sacrifice on. From what I understand the amount of sacrifice you gain depends on your fame, and on the monsters fame or karma?

demons is fine. demons, liches, lich lords are all good. I'm not 100% on this but you may get more sacrifice if you do it in fel.

Well, with Daemons you get 1286+4673-100+140-133+1600+21+(14x10.0)=7627/120=63.55

So you can clearly see that that's not going to cut it.

I hate this numbers crap.

I like to use Sacrifice on Succubus, Succubi, Succubuses, Succubusies, Succotash...:bored: you get the point. I've been getting two "blips" from them (this is on the last tier of the Sacrifice Virtue), and that's from Glorious Lord. Also, they're scantily clad, and there's nothing wrong with that. It's pretty much a win/win situation.

Being Knight of Sacrifice is certainly well worth it.

Succubi in the Dojo are king, especially for a warrior.

Dead easy to take down and you can max out sacrifice in little time.

Plus they spawn one at a time real fast - you just need to lure the ninja guy away first because he's a pain.

Hmm, I actually meant whats the best thing to use sacrifice on, as in double click your sacrifice icon and target a monster to sacrifice your fame. What monster gives you the most... Do succubi give you more when you sacrifice on them? And from what I understand it doesnt matter how fast something spawns, seeing as how you can only sacrife once every 24 hours.

Are you sure you're not thinking of Honour there, rather than Sacrifice?

demons.

Either those in the fire temple or wind are easy to get to.

There is no faster way to Lord status then the Goblins in the Abyss. 2 complete spawns and you are Lord. Then I Sac my Fame on a Liche. Plus the essence you get is profitable.

My favorite when the book of truth? was going on was Lich Lord in Deceit and I used undead slayer and 99% lich lord killer talisman. I did it in fel though as I recall the spawn was better and sometimes people leaving the champ spawn would come for some pvp fun. It was crazy fun with the lich lords and pvp all targeting at crazy spawn rates. I still have some of those books of truth? too.

Yes, but the sacrificed gain isn't dependant on the monster. More clearly the amount of fame gain depends on the monster and the amount of current fame sets the sacrifice gain. Best to sacrifice each day otherwise upon death you lose fame and that is lost.

I confirm that when you use sacrifice on a mob, the sacrifice gains is based only your char's fame, and is not affected by the mob you sacrifice on (set free).

At 0 sacrifice, sacrificing Great lord level of fame gets you 5 dots.

Once you reach seeker levels, sacrificing great lord level of fame gives 3 to 4 dots.

Once you reach follower, sacrificing great lord level of fame gives 1 to 2 dots.

The discrepancy on how many dots you get at great lord is due to how much extra fame you have above great lord. So it pays to overcap your fame before sacrificing. esp at the last level because you can get 2 dots instead of 1.

Eg, when fighting succbus, after getting lord, I will still get "a lot of fame" when killing a new succubus. What I'd do is to keep killing more until I start getting only "some fame". That's when I sacrifice.

There is also a quest in the solen hives that involves using plague beast mutation cores to gain sacrifice without burning up your character's fame.

I always sacrifice on deamons, 'coz they are bigger in shape and therefore easier to drag their hp bar. I just run in, open virtue gump, and sacrifice, and recall away. Deamons are also less dangerous when all you want is to get the job done quick.

I normally sacrifice my fame on the evil mages that are south of the valor champ spawn in Ilsh. Easy, quick, and really no danger even to my crafters.

Cool, thanks for all the replys guys, and the link. For some reason I was thinking that I read somewhere that the amount of sacrifice it gives you was some equation based on your fame lost, and the monsters negative fame or karma. So the higher your fame, and the lower themonsters karma the more sacrifice. But its good to get that set straight. Thanks again for all your help!
