What's Mine is Minax, or Outnumbered A Gazillion to One

So my ninja joins the Minax Faction on Sonoma. I check ye olde guildstone to realize:

#1 - The COM owns every town on the shard.
#2 - I'm ranked #6. Presumably at the bottom of the rung. So it's 6 against untold legions.
#3 - I'm taxed at 50%. Ugh.

And

#4 - All weekend, NOBODY showed up at the Faction Stronghold. Not a soul.

Now, what I am wondering is, did I just pick the bum horse in this race, or is it like this everywhere in Factions?

You should probably go hunting throughout Felucca to find your prey. If you want prey, you did the right thing by joining a weaker faction. Most people join the strongest one so they don't have to deal all of the oranges on their screen alone.

Stay in the faction you're in...you should hit the towns and other key locations in Felucca. There you should be able to spot a few of the orange buggers...la

I did run into one orange, but he ran off before I could do anything.

The problem is, my ninja isn't a juggernaut charging into battle, he's a sneaky ******* who creeps up behind foes who are on the ropes and does them in. Difficult to do when the battlefield is swarming with orange names!

But anyhoo, still fun to rake in the silver. Even if half goes to the leadership who is never around or doesnt do anything... hey its just like US Congress....

When factions first started, the first day thousands and thousands of people joined. That didn't happen this time around and if more people fail to join the current newcomers will leave. Just stick it out until at least they announce what the changes are for next publish with the event and factions.

Most of the time a tramy guild will control a faction to get control of the vendors and whatnot.

Legends Factions has just recently started jumping.

On Pacific:

SL owns every town but one.. thanks to me. Started taking 2 sigs/day last thursday from Minax. Sat in SLHQ unprotected, took em to the towns, boom.

Im a 10 rank.. with a thief.. dont know how i did that..

40%.. lucky.. ours was 80% until i ran for office and won.

AND yes, the only other SLs ive seen are unattended at Luna. Guess theyre not up for the sheriff job..
