What's going on with UOHerald?

What's the deal with UOHerald? Since before the publish, the link at the top that says "Continue to www.uoherald.com" takes you right back to the Stygian Abyss promo page. Even typing in the address directly gets re-routed to this page...

I figured it was temporarily down while they updated it for the new content... but it should be back by now, right?
