Uh, frankly, I wouldnt know what to do with it.
Hence it s 2 hand and its special are armor ignore and para blow a hit spell (harm/lightning in this case) would be essential. Yet, Spears are hardly used in PvP nowadays. Another thing might be the missing damage increase on the weapon. Depending on template, you might run with low tac/ana and low DI on suit. For me personally, a semi-useful weapon special-move wise would have to have insane mods so that Id use it.
