What would happen to the vendors

If my account goes inactive, there will be a 90 day grace period before the house goes condemned. My question is about what would happen to the vendors placed in the house when account going inactive.

the vendors will stay up until the house drops in idoc. if there from an different account the house will get an extra 5 days but you will not be able to get the house back with out a gm help.
