What to look on talismans?

Hello!

I have quested for talisman and i got bunch of em already.
Now, what should i seek?
What slayers are good ( sell good $ )
What does those charges mean?
What are the caps of tailor, smith, carp etc, stats? How much is good and awesome stats on those?

EDIT: I have been doing Tailor craft quest in heartwood.
Do i get better stuff if i do leather quest?

stuff you get is random from tailor quest, does not matter which one yo do.

caps for all crafting talisman are 30% to make and 30% exceptional
