Can anyone spare any idea of what a new player or someone with limit experience returning to UO can do? Things that might be fun to get into the game?
So far I've just messed around Haven for a bit but outside of the bank it seems kinda lifeless. Why do people feel the need to drop their junk on the ground around the bank and stand in front of the door or try to give new players items (don't really feel comfortable with that to be honest)?
I've started a Paladin. Wanted magic but also wanted to wield a sword so it seemed the easiest choice. So used to mmorpgs at the very least showing me some direction after the tutorial is done. Would like to quest but so far all I see are quest that require me to increase my skills. Thinking of just dropping those though and just leveling them up by giving the trainer money. Less of a grind that way I think.
Is there any interesting quest system one can take advantage of? Any interesting quest lines?
