What strange animals have you tamed and trained?

Right now I'm experimenting with training different animals, from chickens to ice worms. I was just curious has anyone out there trained any off beat animals (other than dragons, etc.), and If so what were they able to kill, what were the maximum stats you trained them to etc.

I'm newly back to UO, and the first new beasty I tamed was a dread warhorse. Not sure on its abilities yet, but looks like its stats are comparable to a Drake.

I fully trained a blue beetle for my Miner/LJack and I was very surprised at how tough the little guy was. So I trained another for my Crafter.
