Yes 80 in both but that is the bare minimum. You will fail a LOT. I have 107 vet and like 119 lore and every so often I fail a rez lol.

But yes 80 in both will enable you to rez.

Thank you. My warrior had his vollem pair and doppleganger out last night and although he could heal with just vet he couldn't res.
We all got killed by two rai-ju which i can easily take on by myself so it was a bit of a carry on. Stupid vollem.
