What is wrong with Pain Spike? (Incorrect Damage)

I recently came back after a break and I was doing some testing... Heres the info.

Tested with 60 Necro, 80 Spirit speak. 60 Necro is mimum to cast 100% of the time. 80 Spirit speak effects damage.

Official formula: Versus Players Damage = (caster's Spirit Speak - target Resisting Spells) ÷ 100 + 18

(Don't mind my fail at order of operations)
120 Spirit Vs 0 Resist= 1200/100=12+18=30
80 Spirit Vs 0 Resist 800/100=8+18=26

So then why am I only doing *24* to every 0 Resist *ELF* I hit?

I just logged on test center created an *ELF* set my necro to 60 and spirit to 80 and I was hitting everytime for 26.
Maybe you have a minimal amount of resist? possibly from an item?

amount of SDI perhaps?

Hm scratch this I suppose.... It seems to be working now that I tried it again... Perhaps my original dummy was not elf...
