Well i would say if you can't equip it... it is probally a ingredient or Quest item...or someting they put in the game that doesn't have a use yet...I dunno.....

You might not need a wand, it might crawl up your back on it's own.

I dont know if it still is or not... it may just be deco, but in beta it was an ingrediant used for imbuing. Originally it was used for making at least LRC or SSI for imbuing properties.
