What Is This UHall Bullseye Circle?

Top right of my Stratic UHall screen is a circle with a number on it. I'm assuming it's my messages or something? Doesn't do anything when I click it. Is this working for others?

Okay never mind :p It's something to do with my browser. I'm on a different computer hehe Still wonder what it is though lol Please feel free to delete this as now it doesn't appear to be anything game relate ;)
