[Price Check] What is this thing?

As I've mentioned before I know nothing about most of the items in this game that aren't used to bash monsters and other people. So forgive me if I've asked 1 to many stupid questions of you rare experts.

Can anyone tell me what this is, is it rare or junk?

I'm really trying to clean out my house and in the process not throw away anything that might be valued by a collector, while of course putting a little gold in my pocket.

I think you can still get it. Not 100% sure though. If you can still get them, i believe you can get them from the machines in the Exodus Dungeon. I use one as a nice book on my porch.
