What is this bit of rubble?

I found this "rubble" when clearing out my house. Is it of any value and what the hell is it? It's very dark and hard to see. I have attached a picture and blown it up.
Is the best place for it the bin?

I think its like misc. plant matter. Like a stick and a green clump. That or garbage.

Might be worth 100k or so... rubble was from the magincia event where demons came and blew up the city creating rubble. The rarer rubble can be worth millions.

now that was a cool event. not a grind, you had to be attended. to this date it has some of the most sought after items in game.
