I know the game is not set up to be played on a phone. But I was wondering whats the smallest laptop, tablet or whatever any of you use to play?

i play daily at work.. wait.. not really play but make trades and buy and sell and assist in some pvm or champ spaws .. on a 11" laptop.

can't keep up half the time due to running as fast as most people walk... but i make due. heh

plus im at work so typically i just farm stuff in shame or blackthorn with a GD .. invis so i don't have to really play.

I have a laptop with an I5 processor and it really doesn't play that great on that. I use it on vacation and mostly just do crafting, shopping, some training, and around the house stuff with it.

I can build a pretty decent mini-ITX computer based on the AMD A10 processor, in a case that is about 12"Dx8"Wx3"H. It does not have a dedicated graphics card but won't have a problem with either client. You can add a dedicated graphics card, but will probably want a slightly bigger case.

There are even smaller ITX cases that use an external SFF power supply, but I haven't built one. You have to be picky about components to prevent heat buildup.

I bought an inexpensive Samsung laptop (15" screen) less than a year ago. It has an Intel 1.90 GHz processor, 4 GB memory, 64-bit operating system. I use the classic client and just upgraded from Windows 8 to 8.1. It handles the game very well.

i was playing it on an Windows 8, 8" dell Tablet just fine, other than the fact it was all so small and awkward to do with the stylus.

I guess clarity in a statment makes a difference then.

But if the OP meant a tablet, the best bet would be a MS Surface Pro 3 with an i7 processor... the i5 might work, but it would be underpowered. Anything less at this time will have poor performance as others have noted.

I used to play on a 10" netbook. It was horrible.
My wife was using an Acer Aspire One 10", running Ubuntu, for a few years. Talk about a bad way to play UO. Finally upgraded her to a 15.6" Samsung, waaaaaaay happier wife.

I'm sure modern smarphones, specially those running on Windows can be made to launch UO. Wether or not it is worth it or remotely enjoyable is another matter entirely.

Windows smart phones run the RT operating system, which cannot execute x86 applications. To run on an ipad or smart phone, you have to run it on a normal computer (Windows based or linux with an emulator) and play through a VNC applicaton. You could perform basic functions but certainly not PvM (well) or PvP.

I really just want to reorganize my house from the comfort of my living room... is that too much to ask?! :p
... get a small laptop? I have a 17.3" that I play games on on my lap regularly. It's not hard.

Though it does get toasty. I'm not likely to be having kids at this rate.
