What is mods on the Faction spellbook...

When you use silver to buy the artifacts out of a faction chest, what are the mods on Clainin's spellbook? Is it the same as the one you can get for doing the turn-ins? Does anyone have a screen-shot?

Faction Items have extra boni. Here you can see all the boni of the faction items.

The Spellbook for example has extra: Lower Mana Cost 10% compared to the normal one.

Its the normal Clainin's spellbook but with lmc 10%. So the mods are:
SC MR3 80Luck LRG15 LMC10

Thank you for the feedback. I was mostly wanting to know what the difference was (if any) between the original. Here is the one I have:

I didn't know if the faction one was a direct copy of the one I own.
