Well, I was running around, marking runes for myself and happened across the old abandoned fishing village, and saw some "infected Gargoyles". They were spouting things about this all be Queen Zhah's fault but, I was repeatedly getting some messages about taking the cure back to the unknown healer? Anyhow, I'm sharing a piccy I took, hope someone can shed some light for me.

Some/most of the Gargoyles that were run out of Ver Lor Reg had to be quarantied until they can be cured and able to enter the city. The infected ones will stay that way until a cure is found.
