What is a ritual tome? Just got one from the trade minister. When double-clicked it said SS is required.

That comes from the trade runs during the 20th Anniversary Arc. 11 different items you could get
from the mobs that would attack you during a trade run. Consensus was it is just deco (and the other
10 items) many a folk, including me, went after the full set of 11. However it was not easy at all to
collect all 11.
