what if you needed actual gold coins, say, to throw on a vendor to pay fees? where does one get actual gold coins from?

i tried visiting the bank but could not find a way to withdraw gold... it seems my only recourse is to go loot what i need (even though i have more than enough in the bank)... is there a better way?

say "withdraw XXX" to the banker

also, if you are wanting to put gold on your vendor, there is an option for that on it's context menu.
