What happens with EUROPA after/before restart time!!! The third day in a row it eats my brain!

I left from game before restart in 10 minutes. Near 3-50 am UK time. And when i came in game, i saw that part of progress lost(i dont know, how much, may be 5 or 10 min). It occurs the third day in a row. But yesterday was still and down near 4:30-4:40 UK time.

What's the problem?
