[Blacksmithing] What Hammer/Props needed to craft clean 40 Ssi Soul Glaives?

I am looking for pvp soul glaives with 40 ssi. only other mods I would want on them are damage and ofc velocity if it hits. What hammer do I use and I assume I re-forge? If so, what re-forge category do I use?

You would create a bunch of GM glaives via normal means. Then you would use a copper hammer (I believe) to reforge "Animated/of Haste" property on it.
