What game do I need to buy to get all of the expansions.

It's been a really long time since I played. There are way too many expansions (a good thing but confusing).

Is there one game I can buy that has all of the updates/expansion codes so that I can access all content?

If you can find a copy for sale, the 9th Anniversary Edition has everything.

Next best would be buying the Mondain's Legacy upgrade code & new account code bundle from the UO web page (buy it, not the stand-alone new account code), but you'll need to have an account open for the store to let you purchase it, it is more expensive than a 9th anny box, and doesn't include the 9th anny housing tiles.
