Gave all my gold away to collections and re cashed every check.
Thrown countless items away
Sold every thing i owned
Sold my house.
Re Suited My Charecter
Deleted My Sigs
Cleared my profile
I log and Bank at a GM Placed Tower.

What else does one need to do to be safe?

that sounds like a good start but make sure your not interacting with the persitant state world in any way....
