What drops Necromancy scrolls?

Given the price of the Necrmancy spellbook I bought at Umbra last night I thought it would be full the way the Chivalry books are at Luna, no such luck.

I heard @kelmo drops them. but seriously, undead spell casters drop them.

I get quite a few from evil mages either in Fire Dungeon or Blackthorn's basement. Liches drop them as well, but I think I get more off the living red magi

Fire Dungeon has them.

However the healer in town there is on strike and ignored my dead persistent tries for a rezz. Had to run back to Zento for a rezz and new armor. *grumbles*

you get full necro spell books from both Neira and Ozymandias

I see them on vendors for 5-8k

I did a vendor search, didn't get any hits. Bought the spellbook at the Umbra mage shop.

Had Necromancy typed in, not Necromancer in the search window. Brainfart on my part.
