What do I need to run the SA client?

Just what the title says. I can get online with the new SA client, however, most options and writing are not displayed, only placeholders for it (like not having japanese language installed and visiting one with a browser)

Do I need to install something else or is the client just THAT unfinished?

And yes, it´s completly patched.

I don't get those XX's.
I think it had to do with the language setting for some people.
If using an english computer with english keyboard settings, it works fine. Perhaps this is might be it?
