What could be the reason for not being able to demolish your house?
I only have the option to trade it not demolish it.
I must be missing something because Ive checked everything I could think of to find a reason that i dont have the option to demolish my house

Have you tried your moving crate, I believe that has to be empty,
if its not that .. I have no idea

Moving crate reads 0
No lock downs or secures either.

THough the moving crate said zero i decided to double check it
apparently there was a gold box in it .
I opend the box and the crate disappeared and I am now able to demolish
