What Cheap Puzzle spits out the 5.0 SoTs??

... just curious. Seen a few on this one vendor that were way overpriced. Haven't really seen any others for sale except this one vendor in Luna on the Greak Lakes shard.

Edit: Maybe they're coming from the book binders, anyone know for sure?

I'm sure they are coming from the binding. I've heard of no other way to get a 5.0 SoT.

They are coming from binders which can make +5 or +10.
