My pen tablet is on the fritz and so my constant event spawning has come to a hard stop. Thought I'd place a house on Baja since the cursor abruptly changing position wouldn't get me killed doing that. Anywho, I'm trying to build a feudal Japan style house and these roof tiles!!!!!

I mean I'm not crazy, right? They seem impossible to place correctly, and half the time they stay orange in the editor. I did look on the Homes and Castles subforum but that doesn't seem too active. Can someone please offer tips / suggestions on these roof tiles?

some pieces lay higher/lower than the actual axis you place them on, so you'll have to adjust height specifically (like the center cross roof piece that looks like an X). i've never really messed too much with the Tokuno roof styles, but i did recently and it appears there might be some pieces missing in comparison to other styles available, something didn't look right to me. and i've mastered roofing.
