What aspects of UO apply your "real" skill to the equation?

I forget where I read it, but somewhere I read that something uses your real skill instead of your skill lvl modified by a +skill item.

I'm looking for a list of things that don't benefit from +skill items.

Hi Sarphus,

If you're using any of the bard masteries, the bonuses involved are calculated based on your real music-related skills. Take a look at Poo's post in this thread: http://vboards.stratics.com/1853559-post10.html.
