Found on a berserker demon when the first appeared in the OPHIDIAN invasion. Rumor to be 1 per shard.
Or a really really low spawn rate. Its not worth trading it in. To rare.

Was found on Ophidian Generals. Just the chance for one to spawn was extremely low.
People think it was from the ophidian berserkers, but that was the berserker's bardiches which always had 40% DI.
If you look at it, some of the Inavlis's Burchetes have 30, 35 and 40%. It seems that they were just regular ophidian power/vanq/mystic bardiches, but with a different name, hue, and a spider slayer property as well as the terathan slayer properly that came on the regular ones (I think).
In fact, it may have been even harder to get than just generals, because the bardiches only dropped on warrior generals. So, maybe it was only warrior generals that dropped the burchete. I had a feeling that Majors and Captains could as well but I could be wrong.
At the end of the day, this is a phenominally rare item that I think is a bit insulting to be expected to be handed in (hence giving it any value at all). Plus, lets face it, theres a lot of cursed arties and scythes out there - so handing it in for something will remove one more of those rarities forever. Well, until they're reintroduced so that everyone can get one. Yay!

And if players don't use the laundry potions, they can do area damage with the smells or be flagged criminal while in the city limits.
