Actually UHall is became UOBugsHall....
A bug tracker is necessary, or just a simple forum with the following features:
- Post bugs and never shown until devs/moderator mark it
- Marks:
* Confirmed: the bug has been added to the official TODO list of the devs. More details can be added by users (if requested) but no comments about it.
* Cheat/Exploit: in this case the post will be not visible to the users.
* Not Replicable: a moderator/dev has tested it and is unable to replicate it or simply there are not enough details. More details can be added by users but no comments about it.
* Not a Bug: it's not a bug and the thread is closed.
* Fixed: the bug has been fixed and the thread is closed.
Adding this tool/forum could help the devs not only on collect bug reports, but to get more details and reduce the PM that they have to read about bugs... and their work on this forum will be minimal since the moderators will be able to do great part of it
