I have been exploring the land in Origin and discover that both house in the Abyss is private. all the shard I have visit have open house and all set up for ppl other to use. Did those house was link in the pass and just fall or owner just was to keep it for is own pleasure.

What a selfish move !!

Saying a home owner is selfish for not opening up their home to strangers is going a bit far especially if you are a visitor here. It would be a better idea to ask the developers why the bed rooms located in the abyss are not Inn rooms for logging out and in within the abyss. You will find that Origin is different than all of the other shards. The most advantages spots for castles are being taken over by the developers. The most advantages spots around Cities are being taken by developers. So be upset with the developers not the average Originian that the only control they have is to set public or private to their domain.
