[Swordsmanship] What’s your opinion on the new Shadowbane Tabard

I’m not real sure where this Tabard fits in a suit. If you use Lord Morphius Epaulettes, you can’t wear the Tabard. With today’s items and Mastery, getting the required HCI, DCI, and LMC is easy. What’s your opinion on the Tabard?

Hypothetically for Sampire it could replace Epaluettes. Let's see: 35 SSI can be obtained from: 20 from jewels, 5 from Serpent Skin Quiver, 5 from Cameo talismans and 5 from town bonus. Connect Tabard with Solaria's and Shanty's Waders and you could possibly remove some DCI from jewels making more space for additional skill points.
