[Anatomy] What’s the best way to train Anatomy

95 healing
97 tactics
40 parry
40 Anatomy
53 focus
100 throwing
120 mystic

The great thing about training anatomy is that it goes up when you are healing and it goes up with just fighting any creatures.

The more variety of creatures the better as your skill gets higher does help though, but can be anything from mongbats to bosses.

Unlike trying to raise tactics or throwing where you have to fight things within your current skill level.

My advice is just don't try to gain anatomy, especially at your level, just play and it will raise.

Best thing to train Anatomy on, is a disarmed Gregorio. He's immune to damage unless you're on a specific quest, he's really easy to land hits on, and when he's disarmed, he also deals no damage. He spawns at a farm near the Ranger Huts outside of Skara Brae. He's also the best for training LJ on. Just get a fast wep and beat the hell out of him.

record a macro in assist, use anatomy on some banksitter, stuck the key on keyboard and your good to go all the way to 120

whirlwind crap at a spawn is the best way. for a thrower, mystic arc or whatever that special is, maybe?

Or spam Anatomy on Gregorio as you whack him with a fast wep. Combine both methods then.
