According to the vender-searching website that must not be named, this Ornate Axe is on sale in a shop in Luna, Europa, for 2.5 mill:

Not perfect, mind.

I figure the perfect Sampire weapon is HLA, SSI, ML, SL and DI. with HLD taken care of by the M&S glasses.
