West Coast Shard Downtime

2 hours after normal maintenance time and all the west coast shards are down?? Did they change the time and I missed the announcement?

Normal maintenance for Pacific usually starts at 5 AM PST and it usually comes back 20 to 30 minutes after. That was about 40 minutes ago and I see it up now. Did the west coast servers go down early tonight?

I guess it's just Napa that is being screwy. Not available right now.
