Weapon Skill Mastery Bug?

For some reason "saving throw" which is a passive for all the weapon skill masteries doesn't show for any of my characters that are using that mastery. I can use the 2 actual masteries, but the passive isn't showing up? Anyone know why? I've heard a few people have this issue.

The only way around it at the moment is to change to a different mastery and then back again (10 mins wait timer) that resets the mastery and you get the passive once more.
You have to repeat this every time you log out / in thou.
