[General] Weapon master title

Does anyone know what skill combo (and min level per skill) you need to get this title? And do you have to be a gargoyle?

The title "Weapon Master" come from having the Arms Lore skill. I'm not sure how high it has to be before you use it as a title but certainly not too high as I have skills in the 40s I can use as my title. You do not have to be a gargoyle.
