Can the archaic macro editor in 2D please create separate scrollable lists for each skill rather than one long list you have to drag through? Would it be that hard to implement?
I'd like to add: While they're improving the archaic macro editor in 2D, could an EA/Mythic dev please investigate the possibility (however remote) that the entire 2D macro system be totally revamped? Why?
Because this bug has been one of the longest-standing client-side bugs that I know of in the 2D macro editor section:
BUG: Some of the macro commands do not appear as a drop-down selection unless you know to click somewhere to the left of where you would normally click in order to get the drop-down menu. This bug has been around for almost as long as the 2D client itself.
I feel that if EA/Mythic were ever to touch the 2D macro system at all, that it would be totally worthwhile for them to upgrade it to something far better than it is currently.
FEATURE request: Please have the 2D macro editor (and the 3D macro editor too if it doesn't do this already) TELL ME if I accidentally try to assign 2 macros to the SAME hotkey!! I have been around for almost as long as UO has, and nobody on the development team has ever thought to implement a checking routine that tells you if 2 macros have been assigned the same hotkey!
It should also be capable of detecting multiple macros assigned to the same hotkey, and it should be capable of converting these wherever possible.
