we need a sale at uo store

There's very rarely ever been a sale in UO items at the store.
It's also high time to reduce the monthly subscription price back to $9.99 or less. If you pay for 6 months it's $10/month. Not everyone can do this though.
It won't kill'em to just make it $10 across the board.

I'd like to see all the old purchasables make a return...
Sounds almost like "I'd like to return all old purchases".
I'd like to see the SA expansion go on sale 50% off. $20 is an awful lot these days for an expansion. Especially when other games have no subscription and offer free expansions.

But the real problem: There just won't be any more expansions
(afaik) If you don't charge for SA you won't get any income for any expansion.In my terms since 2009 the SA expansion was the best thing that had happened. It brought us new skills and a new dungeon. And they're quite a bit more enjoyable than the deco crap that has constantly being thrown at us since then.

Id like to see UO Get a Marketing/PR Team going. They obviously have little to no customer support and definitely are not branching out to new customers. The customer support that we have is a joke at best.
The UO store would be greatly revised if we had such a team in place. Sales and ads running in stratics and on UO website... actually trying to sell something rather than just have a site that is hard to get to and hard to find specific items.
However i doubt there is the money to do such things in UO's budget.
Recently two friends of mine have had problems with their accounts. The UO staff has nothing to do with account management, we had to talk with EA/orgin for such things. EA and Origin are so out of touch with what UO is that they directed us back to the UO staff. A revolving circle of misdirection and inept counseling. Yet another unhappy customer forced to turn off his accounts due to lack of support.
I dont think i can stand to watch anymore friends lose items, accounts, houses etc... The UO staff needs an extreme makeover on the support/account/store side of things.
