We lost Scroll of Alacrity?

I do maps to hoard the essences and sell the scrolls as 2 in 10 are sell able, since this last patch I have done around 20 level 3-5 maps and they are now absent :-O Lots of recipe scrolls but yet to sell any of them.

nm, I knew as soon as I posted I would get one and I did on the very next map, was just frustrated at the awful bite of the rng.

What i found is that complaining is the best and fastest way to get what you want. Thought it doenst help much with high end rewards/loot. And fishmongers seem to be mostly immune to complaining in chat.
