Hi all

I have a house which I took out of decay status during the Welcome Back to Britannia promotion by demolishing and then re-placing it and subsequently the house has remained standing despite the account going inactive. My question is whether anyone has experience with reactivating an account with such a house, will the house go back into normal decay cycle (ie after 90 days of inactivity it starts decaying) or will it remain in a perma refreshed state?

the account has to stay permanently inactive if you never want the house to decay, once you reopen that account the house will fall once you deactivated the account when the 90 days is up
