Waterstained SOS and Message In Bottle

Do not do these a lot but have seen both "Waterstained SOS" and "Message In Bottle" on the scrolls that come out of the true "Bottles" for sale on vendors. Any difference at all in them?

Only reason I am asking is most of the people who have the "Message In Bottle" heading on them seems to have hundreds of them....
