[Buying] Waterfront House Trammel; Mountain House Fel

I am wondering first all: Can you link 2 houses with house teleportation tiles between fel and trammel?


1) I must find me and my girlfriend a nice house beside the water in Trammel. Preferably on the eastern side of the mainland, maybe south. (In woods) She is a treasure hunter and carpenter. So it is very particular. I am paying well and would prefer an 18x18 or better.

2) If I can link houses between the two, I would like also to find a nice 18x18 or small tower, or keep maybe, or castle... who knows near a very good mining mountain side in Fel. (Waterfront too would be a major plus) we are both treasure hunters and fishers.

Also, do you get double the ore for malas, ter mur, and the new lands too... or is that just a fel. bonus when mining? Thanks all.

The house teleporters will link any two locations within any houses on the same server. Facet does not matter.

The double resources is strictly under the felucca ruleset.

Greetings. I have a pretty incredible oceanside home for sale in Trammel. As you can see from the map below, it is on a peninsula, so there is water on three sides. It is also very secluded--the nearest neighbor is a screen and a half away. I believe that the home is 17x12, but you're welcome to count for yourself.

It is a very lovely house; but we do lots of lumberjacking for bowcrafting and carpentry. Being in thick woods is also a must. :*( It is very lovely house though! For her tram house, it must be pretty specific. Very nice woods, near just enough ocean for our small boat; I am just searching for her sorry. For my house in fel the requirments are less. We would like it near the ocean... but it does not matter. But I do need it to be beside a very good mountain side for my mining. The house size is not so important, but I would like a bigger house too. Thanks for messaging me though, I wish you the best on your sale.
